 For mums who need gluten free, we go even further. Our unique Gluten Free Brewer’s Yeast is not only 100% Gluten Free, but also Wheat Free, Barley Free, and Hop Free — while still being highly effective as a galactagogue to support your milk supply.

We don't use fenugreek in our products. Many mums find that their babies are sensitive to this ingredient and that their bubs get tummy aches, and can even upset their normal breastfeeding routine. 

Only quality ingredients are used in our products and we use certified organic wherever possible. Each of our products have been thoughtfully designed to not only taste good but suit the lifestyle of a busy mum.


Frequently Asked Questions

Do your products work for pregnant women?

Technically, breast milk supply can only be boosted after your milk comes in — which happens once baby is born. However, some mums choose to start taking our products 1–2 weeks before bub is due.

Our products are safe to consume during pregnancy, but if you do decide to enjoy them before birth, we recommend limiting to 1–2 serves daily until bub arrives. As always, please check with your doctor to ensure our products are right for you during pregnancy.


How many cookies (or serves) should I eat?

We recommend starting with 1–4 serves per day once bub is born, adjusting up or down depending on your needs. Serving suggestions may vary slightly between products, so please refer to the instructions on the packaging.

Every mum is different, and sometimes you’ll find one product works best for you — so listen to your body, nourish well, and drink plenty of fluids to support a healthy breast milk supply.

All of our products are proudly made on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, with love and care.


Are you a licensed business?

Yes! The Milk Pantry is a fully registered Australian business (ABN 33613308802).

Do you post your products?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide, so mums everywhere can enjoy The Milk Pantry.


Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

  • We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange due to change of mind.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

How to request a return or refund:

  • Contact us at sales@milkpantry.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order if your product is defective or damaged.

  • Provide photo evidence of the issue.

  • Approved returns must be mailed back to:

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (these are non-refundable).

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.


Shipping Policy

  • Please double-check your delivery address before finalising your order.

  • We cannot provide refunds or replacements for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

  • If the error is on our end, we will provide a full replacement or refund.

Postage and Handling 

All orders are packed and dispatched Mondays - Fridays 5 days a week, with the exception of Public Holidays. Your order is packed as soon as possible with Express Shipping getting priority, we aim for your parcel to be packed and dispatched the same day. Each order will be sent a tracking number for you to keep an eye on the progress of your order. 

We use a combination of Australia Post, Couriers Please and DHL for our deliveries.
